About us
HERO Südtirol Dolomites is a non-professional Amateur Sports Company headquartered in Selva Val Gardena in Italy, its main objective is to promote cycling and bike tourism via sport events.
Founded in 2010, it organised the first edition of the HERO Südtirol Dolomites MTB marathon in Selva Val Gardena: a resounding success from the start. In 2013 it started organising other bike events along with HERO Südtirol Dolomites, such as the 1st Italian XCE Eliminator Championship in Ortisei Val Gardena and a National Cross country race in St. Cristina Val Gardena. UCI has tasked HERO Südtirol Dolomites with organising the UCI World Championship Marathon in 2015.

The HERO Südtirol Dolomites trademark has been regularly registered and can only be used with the express permission of Sports Company HERO Südtirol Dolomites.
