Seiser Alm

Seiser Alm

Spectacular views of the Dolomites, the immense space of the largest plateau in Europe and countless small wooden huts and barns, combined with traditional culinary culture: this is what you can expect when mounting your MTB to explore the Seiser Alm. This alpine plateau covers 57 km2 and lies between 1,680 and 2,350 metres above sea level, and is the largest on our continent. Vast meadows and alpine pastures, surrounded by iconic mountains such as the Sassolungo, Sassopiatto and the Sciliar, will be a sight to behold. Enjoy the best of nature, along with delicious specialities that provide an explosion of alpine flavours. Thanks to its immense network of trails, the Seiser Alm is a true paradise for hikers, cyclists and families – there’s something for all levels and tastes. And don’t forget to visit the five villages and fascinating mountain hamlets at the foot of the alpine pastures: Castelrotto, Siusi allo Sciliar, Fiè allo Sciliar, Tires al Catinaccio and Seiser Alm.

Delicious,
South Tyrolean breaks

As we ride along either of the two original and enjoyable gastronomical routes on our e-bikes, we’ll discover South Tyrol’s best food and wine.

The ZERO Code. Be environmentally friendly

The ZERO Code.
Be environmentally friendly.

Do you know the consequences of littering in nature? There are so many! Due to the climate of our mountain landscape, waste decomposition processes are slower and some items don’ decompose at all. People and animals may be injured by waste that has been thrown away.

Therefore, I’m sure we can all agree that the best kind of waste is no waste at all.

Our advice for a clean environment:

  • Do not leave the reserved and marked bike tracks
  • Leave no trace or waste
  • Fill a reusable bottle with tap water
  • Pack your backpack sustainably to avoid unnecessary waste
  • Use the HERO App instead of printing maps
  • Try local dishes made with local produce
  • Save energy and ride in an environmentally-friendly way
  • Be cautious when riding on trails
  • Respect walkers on your route
