Time can make or break the deal: time to train, to prepare your body and mind for a demanding challenge. If you’re not a newbie, then you know the HERO is a gargantuan feat. And with just less than 9 months to the big day, we’re happy to let you know the 13th edition of the BMW HERO Südtirol Dolomites, the toughest mountain bike marathon in the world, will take place on Saturday, 17 June 2023 in Selva di Val Gardena (the Dolomites, Italy).
You’ve got your orders and the aim is crystal-clear. All you’ve got to do is register for this long journey which will take you all the way to the HERO. When? On Monday, 3 October 2022. As of 8 a.m. (CEST) you’ll be able to register on our official website, www.herodolomites.com
