CHOOSE ONE OF FOUR PROGRAMMES WHICH BEST SUITS YOUR NEEDS
On the basis of the objective you have set yourself, your physical condition and the time you have available, you can choose from four different training plans which you will find on our web platform. The two “Advanced” programmes provide for five training sessions a week, to effect directly on your mountain bike and designed specifically to respond to the demands of the two HERO routes. In the two “Basic” programmes, however, the weekly outings are reduced to three and are more appropriate for those bikers focusing on just finishing the race.
On the platform itself there will also be indicated exercises so as to strengthen various parts of the body – abdominals, biceps and triceps -, and also guidelines on how to calculate cardiac frequency in the training sessions themselves.
