HEROE Gourmet 2026: Your “Day After” Among Flavours and the Dolomites (Now Also in Gravel)

On Sunday, 14 June 2026, HEROE Gourmet returns: the event dedicated to those who want to discover Alpe di Siusi, Europe’s largest high-altitude plateau, through a multisensory journey among iconic mountain huts and legendary landscapes.

THE TOUR: THREE STOPS, ENDLESS FLAVOURS

This is not a race - it is an experience of freedom. Starting from Selva Val Gardena (between 9:30 and 10:30 am), you will follow a stage-by-stage route designed to delight the senses:
Aperitif: the first toast at altitude to begin the day with a smile
Traditional lunch: a revitalising stop at a mountain hut to enjoy authentic South Tyrolean dishes
Sweet finale: a delicious farewell in front of the majestic Sassolungo, Sassopiatto and Sciliar peaks

CHOOSE YOUR PACE (AND YOUR BIKE)

This year, HEROE Gourmet expands its horizons. Alongside the classic E-MTB option, we welcome the great new feature of 2026:

• CLASSIC Route | 25 km – 750 m elevation gain
  Around 3.5 hours of pure relaxation. NEW: From this year, the Classic route is also open to Gravel bikes! The perfect combination of speed, style, and high-altitude gravel roads.
• ATHLETIC Route | 35 km – 960 m elevation gain
  For those who still have some energy left to spend: 4.5 hours of riding to reach 2,081 metres and enjoy even wilder scenery.

Alpe di Siusi is not only about sport – it is also culture. You will ride through a unique area that combines the charm of villages such as Castelrotto, Siusi, Fiè, Tires, and Alpe di Siusi itself.
It is the perfect opportunity to involve friends and family in a day dedicated to the Alpine art of living well.
