THE 2022 HERO CLINIC: PREPARING FOR THE TOUGHEST MTB MARATHON IN THE WORLD!
Preparing for the BMW HERO Südtirol Dolomites isn’t a walk in the park. We’re talking of the toughest mountain bike marathon in the world, after all!
Being prepared from every point of view by 18 June is of the utmost importance. To help you out, we’ve organised a HERO Clinic between 2 and 4 June. These three days will be dedicated to outings on both race routes, accompanied by local mountain bike guides, ready to revel the secrets to best prepare for the Dolomite’s paths.

The 2022 BMW Südtirol Dolomites participants can take part for free. For everyone else, each outing costs €30.

First order of business: as of 15 June, wearing a mask and showing your COVID-19 certificate won’t be necessary during the race pursuant to Italian legislation. However, we’d like to appeal to your good sense, and ask you to behave in an appropriate manner by taking that extra care in those situations which require it. We know we can count on you!
