The polymer has been tested to a projected life of 2,000 hours under normal riding, or 1 full hour of run-flat downhill use. The Air-Liner insert replaces air volume in the tyre, and in turn the reduced volume allows the tyre to compress and rebound in a more controlled manner compared to standard tubeless systems. This feature also protects the rim and tyre. The Air-Liner technology increases side-to-side tyre stability resulting in improved cornering, climbing, and braking performance. Completely waterproof, it does not absorb the liquid sealant and ensures top performance throughout the season while not stopping the sealant from carrying out its role.
