At the HERO, we care about nature and the area which hosts our race, to the extent we’ve created a dedicated sustainability programme – the HERO TO ZERO. We firmly believe every little helps, and that’s why we ask you to use local, public transport or the lift facilities when travelling in Val Gardena if you can’t do so on foot or by bike.
To make things easier for you, we’ve included a sustainable directions tool in the HERO Race app describing how to reach the fan zones in Passo Gardena/Dantercepies and Passo Sella by bike or by using the lift facilities.
