Relaxation and beauty with a glass or two of prosecco as well. Not to forget either the  young kids accompanying their Mums, for whom we will organise some fun facepainting.

The mini marathon for the champions of tomorrow

The young bikers between 4 and 12 years of age will use their own mountain bikes to take part in the HERO KIDS, a non-competitive mini marathon in the centre of Selva Val Gardena. It is one of those occasions hen for once the roles are inverted and it will be the mums and dads looking on as the young ones have fun. After the non-competitive race all the little HEROes and their families are invited to gather for the prizegiving ceremony, while enjoying some tipical south-tyrolean food.

4,023 are away!

At 7.10 punctual the eleventh edition of the HERO gets going, the Elite women athletes lined up in the first starting grid; ten minutes later it will be the turn of the Elite men. At 7.25 the amateur athletes will get going and grid by grid they will set off on their mountain challenge, the last grid of the HERO Südtirol Dolomites 2023 starting at 8.55. At the start line there will be the flags of 50 counties flying, there being participants from 50 countries taking part.

Before the curtain finally falls on the HERO 2023 the one thing not to miss is the Saturday evening show which officially marks the closure of the HERO BIKE FESTIVAL. All present will have contributed to transforming a simple race into the realisation of a cherished dream, and for this very reason all are invited to come along and celebrate the accomplishment. To help the party mood along there will also be performers and musicians. A night dedicated to HEROES – get ready to have fun.
