HERO CLINIC 2019: GET IN THE BEST SHAPE POSSIBLE FOR THE BMW HERO SÜDTIROL DOLOMITES

Are you one of the 4,019 Heroes who will face the BMW HERO Südtirol Dolomites on June 15? Well, you' now have a really unmissable opportunity to get well prepared for the tenth edition of the toughest mountain bike marathon in the world.
In fact, the HERO Clinics, scheduled from Thursday 30 May to Sunday 2 June 2019 in Selva Val Gardena, are four days entirely dedicated to the "study" and testing of the race routes, both the 60 km and the longer 86 km. Accompanied by expert guides, not only in pedalling technique but also on the area over which the routes are designed, you will set off on a preparation tour that is really useful for the race day itself. All you need is to have your own mountain bike, helmet, appropriate clothing and a great desire to pedal and have fun in the true spirit of the HERO!
For those registered for the BMW HERO Südtirol Dolomites 2019 the participation is free, while for those not registered the participation fee is 30,00 Euro. Included in the registration is the accompaniment of a guide and the transfer to the race routes themselves (meals not included).
